Fighter of Social justice and, Mandal commission Hero Sri. Ramvilas Paswan Memorial Day was observed across the country yesterday.

The Mandal Commission Report, implemented in 1990 under former Prime Minister VP Singh, created a great social revolution in India. This historic event paved the way for the lives of millions of students from backward communities to become brighter. The mastermind of that social revolution was the then Minister of Social Welfare, People’s Leader Ram Vilas Paswan.

As part of the National Democratic Alliance, it was the courageous actions of Sri Ram Vilas Paswanji, the then Minister of Food and Public Distribution in Prime Minister Modi’s cabinet, that enabled billions of poor people who had lost their livelihoods to the Corona epidemic to survive without starvation.

After Sri Ram Vilas Paswanji, the great leader who dedicated his life to the betterment of the grassroots, passed away on October 8, 2020, the Lok Janashakthi Party, which he founded, is headed by his younger brother, Hon’ble Union Minister for food Processing Sri Pashupati Kumar Paras.

October 8th, is the first anniversary of the demise of People’s leader Mr. Ramvilas Paswan. On this occasion, Lok Janshakti National General Secretary GV Manimaran and Mr. Sasikumar, Chief Secretary General of the State of Tamil Nadu followed Lok Janshakti President Sri Pasupathi kumar Paras who paid tributes to the People’s leader Sri. Ramvilas Paswanji.

Earlier on the 6th October at a function held at the Chennai office, the statue of People’s leader Mr. Ramvilas Paswanji was unveiled by Lok Janashakthi National General Secretary GV Manimaran in the presence of Lok Janashakthi Party Tamil Nadu leader Sri Matyaseelan.

Yesterday The statue of People’s Leader Sri Ramvilas Paswan was garlanded by Lok Janashakthi Tamil Nadu President Sri Satyaseelan this morning in front of Lok Janashakthi Party volunteers and the public at Zameen Pallavaram, Dargah Road, Chennai. Vijay and Jayaprakash, the Tamil Nadu vice-presidents of the Lok Janashakthi party, Venkatesh, the general secretary of the Lok Janashakthi party, Syed Ali, the leader of the Tiruvallur district minority wing of the BJP and many other Tamil Nadu office bearers of the Lok Janashakthi party were present.

GV Manimaran, National General Secretary of the Lok Janshakti Party, said on the day of People’s leader Mr. Ramvilas Paswan remembrance that we the followers of People’s leader Mr. Ramvilas Paswan would work for the principles of women education, social justice, economic progress, inter-religious harmony, gender equality and environmental protection..
